• All orders on our standard products placed between Monday and Friday will be shipped within 24 hours.

• We ship via UPS and USPS. X15-products will only be shipped UPS. If you require special shipping instructions or want an alternative shipping method, please contact us, or let us know of your requirement with order. We will let you know if we can accommodate your needs. All shipping and insurance costs are the buyer's sole responsibility. Shipping or delivery dates are not guaranteed, but are based upon best information available at the time and are subject to change without notice. We will not be held responsible for any cost, damages or fees relating to parts arriving earlier or later than quoted.

• Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase only after prior consultation with Dave Eldredge, or Tom Eldredge. Ordered items may be returned if not meeting up to your expectations. Refund will be restricted to the purchase price of the returned item only.
