CNC Mill Control - Standard
[X15-250]

For use on milling machines with existing digital drives and motors. Our X15-250 standard digital CNC Control has been designed for easy installations on new or retrofitted knee mills, vertical mills or horizontal mills.

Our CNC Controls are PC based with a windows operating system, and state of the art Mach3 CNC control software. Being windows based anyone with basic computer skills can learn how to use our cnc controls.

All PC parts used in our controls are non-proprietary and can be purchased at local suppliers for your convenience.

Breakout Board Features: Digital differential and single ended TTL (Pulse and Direction) interfaces for motion control for up to six axis. Opto-isolated I/O (Inputs & Outputs). Relay based I/O. Complete spindle speed control circuitry. Charge Pump safety circuit integrated to control all outputs. Total of 34 I/O  Input & Output List: 12 Outputs generally used for step and direction outputs for 6 axis. If less than six axis are to be controlled, some of these 12 outputs can be used for general purpose outputs. 10 Inputs (1 input is typically used for Spindle Encoder Input) 8 - Relay I/O’s which can be configured as either inputs or outputs. 2 Spindle Relay Outputs 1 Analog Output 0-10V 1 Charge Pump Output
